The ASEC 2025 booking fee does not include hotel accommodation. However, INCOSE UK has secured a discounted rate at the Ashford International Hotel, allowing you to stay conveniently at the same venue where the conference is being held.
ASEC 2025 delegates will be responsible for booking their own rooms and we recommend that you do this as soon as possible to take advantage of this preferential rate. To guarantee the booking of a discounted hotel room, bookings should be made by the end of July 2025.
The hotel is offering single occupancy for just £120 (inc vat) per night. The rate includes breakfast, high speed internet and health facilities.
